All guests who make reservations are obliged to comply with all the measures taken by the relevant institutions including the facility, the Ministry of Health, local institutions / authorities regarding Covid-19; and within the scope of these measures, they must provide all the information requested from them, especially the HES Code. Within the scope of Covid-19 measures taken by the relevant public institutions in order to protect the health of the guests, the HES Code query will be made when the guests enter the facility. The facility within the scope of the regulations of the relevant public institutions may refuse to accept guests who have disease symptoms or come into contact with the a person with disease symptoms, take them to the isolation room, request their exit from the facility, or take other necessary actions as a result of questioning.
